Blue White and Carol Zuegner, PhDCarol invests in what she believes in. Carol is the daughter of a former Creighton professor and is now a professor in her father’s former department—journalism. This unique experience has allowed Carol to see how Creighton has grown over the years, and allows her to see our potential to reach even greater heights in the future. "Even in tough economic times, I think it’s important to invest in what you believe in. I believe everyone at Creighton plays a vital role in helping the University live out its mission and in making Creighton a special place. No organization is perfect, but our investment, even if it’s small, will make a difference. “A gift to Creighton helps strengthen the foundation and allows the university to grow and develop. I give both to the unrestricted fund and, with my family, to a scholarship fund in my father’s name. I think both are important. A university has to be able to grow and expand in different ways.”
